Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. expeller-pressed vegetable oil
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. whole wheat or oat flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix dry yeast into warm water.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Mix in flour and oil and knead for 5 minutes.
    Roll out on floured or oiled surface, then place in pizza pan.
    Add your favorite filling.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
