Corn Crisp Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fryer pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
    evaporated milk
    slightly crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Roll chicken pieces in milk then in cornflakes.
    Place in foil covered baking dish.
    Lightly cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
