Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl; form into 2 rolls.
    Place in foil (bright side out).
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove foil.
    Bake for 3 to 4 hours at 200\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Store in foil in refrigerator or freezer.
