Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
Add meat and brown.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes; heat thoroughly.
Serve with noodles or rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
