Marinated Mixed Vegetables(Keeps 3 Or 4 Days, Onion Gets Stronger) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans French green beans
1 (16 or 17 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1/2 small cauliflower (small flowerets)
1/2 medium red onion, sliced
Preparation
-
Four hours before serving, mix first 5 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Toss gently to coat vegetables well. Cover and refrigerate, tossing occasionally.
Makes 8 servings.
