Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    self-rising flour (enough to make a soft dough)
Preparation
    Add sugar and oil to buttermilk.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine with buttermilk mixture.
    Add flour.
    Knead well. Roll out on floured board.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Put a pat of butter on each and fold over like an envelope.
    Place in greased pan and let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
