Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially cooked
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash white pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion.\tDrain.\tReserve small amount of meat. Pour in shell.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat eggs and add cream and seasonings.
    Pour over meat and cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
    Top with reserved meat and cook 5 minutes more.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
