Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, washed (uncooked)
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in rounds
1/2 block oleo
1 can beef broth bouillon
1 Tbsp. each: parsley, shallot and celery
1/2 can water (bouillon can)
Preparation

Boil smoked sausage in water for 10 minutes to get fat out. Drain water.
In covered casserole (ovenproof) mix rice, oleo, bouillon, parsley, shallot, celery and water.
Add sausage and mix.
Bake, covered, for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Stir.
Take cover off and bake 5 minutes more or until liquid is absorbed.
