Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Baker's coconut
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 prepared pie crust
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add milk; beat until smooth.
Fold in coconut, Cool Whip and extract.
Pour in crust and freeze at least 1 hour.
Stand at room temperature to soften.
