Caesar Dressing(Makes 1 Gallon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Classic Italian salad dressing
    1/2 pt. vinegar
    1 pt. Dijon mustard
    1 qt. water
    2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 gal. vegetable oil
    1/2 pt. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine dry mix, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, water and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix 2 minutes at high speed with electric mixer at high speed.
    Continue mixing at high speed and slowly add oil.
    Mix at high speed for 2 minutes until well blended. Keep refrigerated.
    Make fresh; do not mix old dressing with freshly made dressing.
