No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. long grained rice (raw)
    4 -6 Chicken breast - skinless and boneless
    1 pkg. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 cup milk
    3/4 cup water
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 11 x 13 baking dish.
    Spread rice evenly over the pan.
    Place chicken over rice.
    Sprinkle onion soup over all. Mix soup with milk and water and pour over the chicken.
    Cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2 hours.
