Meat Loaf Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. fat free grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs and milk.
    Add meat, egg substitute, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cheese, green pepper, onion and garlic salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
