Peach Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh ripe peaches
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cut in half peaches.
    Remove pit.
    Dice.
    In large bowl combine the peaches, celery and pecans.
    Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled.
    Will take about 1 hour.
    Just before serving, whip cream in medium bowl until stiff.
    Combine sugar and mayonnaise.
    Gently fold into whipped cream to combine.
    Then fold into the chilled peach-celery mixture.
    Serve on crisp salad greens.
    Makes 4 servings.
