Mexican Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ranch Style beans or pinto beans that have been drained and rinsed
    1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 to 3 c. Catalina dressing
    chopped tomatoes to taste
    chopped cucumbers to taste
    4 c. corn chips, coarsely broken
    1/2 to 1 head lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine beans, onion, cheese, dressing, tomatoes and cucumbers. Chill for several hours.
