1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's)
1 capful liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 1/2 lb. thin sliced lean meat

Dry 8 to 12 hours.
