Becky Swaim'S Almond Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. strong tea (twice as strong as box directions)
3 c. water
6 c. water
1 Tbsp. almond extract
1/2 c. dry Tang drink mix
46 oz. pineapple juice
Preparation

Simmer sugar, water and lemon juice for 5 minutes and cool. Mix well with remaining ingredients and freeze.
Makes 1 gallon. Remove from freezer 5 hours before serving; it will be slushy consistency.
