Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie shell or 2 regular 9-inch pie shells
1 c. diced ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Put mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and butter in blender and blend well.
Bake pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes. Remove from oven, prick with fork and bake 5 minutes longer.
Stir ham and cheese into blender mixture but do not blend.
Bake in pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes for deep shell or 30 to 40 minutes for regular shell.
