Dublin Coddle(Codal Ath Cliathach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 thick slices lean bacon
    8 large pork sausages
    4 large onions
    2 lb. potatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice the potatoes. Slice onions. Place ingredients in a saucepan and cook until hot, but not mushy.
    Serve hot.
