Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. sugar (brown or white)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
4 to 6 c. lard (melted) or vegetable oil
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy with fork or hand beater.
Then add sugar, salt and milk; mixing thoroughly in a large bowl.
Next, stir in flour and baking powder, making sure that there are no flour or sugar clumps left in the batter.
(Hint: Sift sugar, flour and baking powder before adding to mixture.)
