Country Style Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 c.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar cheese)
    1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese.
    Pour mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese; return to oven and bake 20 more minutes.
