Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, sliced
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. minced fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Place the tomatoes in a shallow serving dish.
In a bowl, mix oil, basil, vinegar and sugar; pour over tomatoes.
Cover; refrigerate for several hours.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
