Ham Packages - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pie crust mix (for 2 crust pie)
2 c. ground ham
1/2 can condensed cream of celery soup (2/3 c.)
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3 slices American cheese, halved diagonally
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation

Prepare pie crust mix as directed.
On floured surface, roll to 1/16-inch thick.
Cut into 6 (7 or 7 1/2-inch) circles.
Thoroughly mix ham, soup, catsup, parsley, onion and mustard.
Spread about 1/3 cup mixture on 1/2 of each circle of dough.
Top with cheese half and a few egg slices.
Fold other half of dough over and seal edges with fork tines.
Prick top with fork.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 or until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
Cool and chill.
Makes 6 servings.
