Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pretzels, crushed (not too fine)
    3 Tbsp. white sugar
    3/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
    2 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 and let cool.
    Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese.
    Fold into Cool Whip.
    Add marshmallows.
    Pour over pretzel layer.
    Chill to set.
    Mix boiling water with Jell-O.
    Add sliced frozen strawberries.
    When this mixture begins to set, pour on to the second layer and chill until firm.
    Add nuts or pretzels to garnish.
