Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. warm water
3 pkg. dry yeast
9 tsp. sugar
6 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
9 c. flour (bread flour if possible)
Preparation

Combine water, yeast and sugar.
Let proof for 5 minutes or until yeast begins to bubble.
Add salt, oil (if desired) and all but 1 cup of the flour.
Mix and knead 5 to 10 minutes.
Press dough with clean dry finger.
If it comes back clean and dough feels soft and springs back, it's ready to let rise.
If it's too sticky, add extra flour a tablespoon at a time until it does.
