Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, separated
    8 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 lb. rhubarb, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla.
    Mix in bread cubes. Beat egg whites; fold into mixture.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
