Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 bottles red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and cocoa.
    Set aside.
    Cream together eggs and sugar and add oil, butter, milk, vinegar and red food coloring.
    Add dry ingredients slowly until all dry ingredients are incorporated.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
