Aku Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. aku, cut into 1 x 1/2-inch size pieces
    flour to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. shoyu
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 bunch watercress
    1 to 2 round onions, diced
    1 to 2 tomatoes, diced
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Cut aku into bite size pieces.
    Then fry aku with flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until brown.
    Let cool.
    Then add remaining ingredients to aku.
    Mix well.
