Chocolate Gem - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve chocolate in 1/4 to 1/3 cup of water.
Add milk to fill cup.
Mix margarine and sugar together.
Add beaten egg and mix together, then add all other ingredients in order.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake is done in a loaf pan.
