Missouri Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 lb.) ham
cinnamon
whole cloves
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Simmer ham for 1 hour. Trim fat.
Place ham in baking pan, trimmed side up. Score. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stud with cloves and spread brown sugar over ham. Add mustard and 1 1/2 cups boiling water to vinegar. Pour into baking pan. Cover. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
