Strawberry Rhubarb Deep Dish Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    2 c. fresh rhubarb, diced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    cinnamon-sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Stir in strawberries, rhubarb, lemon juice and butter.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until hot, bubbly and slightly thickened.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; cut each in half.
    Sprinkle biscuits with cinnamon-sugar.
    Place on fruit.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
    Serve warm with whipped cream.
    Serves 6.
