Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    If you use onions, bake a little longer.
