Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper
    3 stalks celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can tomatoes, chopped (with juice; 28 to 30 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. uncooked large elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat in large skillet.
    Drain.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until onion is transparent.
    Add bell pepper, celery (chopped), tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer until pepper and celery are crisp-tender.
