Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. ground beef
1 pack Lipton onion soup
1 small can tomato paste
American cheese
zucchini or pater pan squash, sliced in half lengthwise
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Add onion soup and tomato paste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Scoop out a little of the seeds in squash. Fill squash with ground beef mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
Top squash with American cheese.
When cheese is melted, serve.
You may serve with rice.
