Versatile Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust
    chopped cured ham, cooked pan sausage, ground beef or shrimp
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 tsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pie crust with choice of meat.
    Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over meat.
    Sprinkle flour over the cheese.
    Beat the remaining ingredients; pour over the cheese and meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until firm.
