Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. corn meal
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, corn meal and flour. Add unbeaten eggs and milk. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in butter, lemon juice and rind. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes.
