Rita'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 squares graham crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled until icy
Preparation
    Blend graham crackers and mix with butter or margarine.
    Press 3/4 of crumbs into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Reserve 1/4 for top.
