Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. London broil
2 chicken breasts
1 large red onion
2 green peppers
1 pkg. fajita seasoning
1/2 lb. cheese
1 can large black olives
1 c. sour cream
flour tortillas
Preparation

Saute sliced onion and peppers.
Debone the chicken.
Cut chicken and beef into strips.
Sprinkle fajita seasoning and let stand.
Grate the cheese and slice olives.
When vegetables are done, set aside and cook meat on medium.
When done, pour vegetables in meat.
Use flour tortillas and fill with cheese, sour cream, olives and fajita mix.
