Best Ever Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. lukewarm water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. milk, scalded
3 tsp. salt
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Put aside to rise.
Scald milk.
Add sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
Add eggs (beaten), melted butter, potatoes and yeast.
Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
Knead slightly.
Let rise until double.
May roll for cinnamon rolls or cut for doughnuts.
