Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 bags fresh spinach
    1 (15 oz.) can bean sprouts or fresh sprouts
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    6 slices bacon or turkey bacon
    1 (15 oz.) can sliced pineapple
Preparation
    Mix the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise very well and refrigerate overnight.
    May substitute 1/2 cup mayonnaise with nonfat plain yogurt.
