Polish Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 head cabbage, cut up into pieces
    1 lb. bag wide noodles
    1 large tub sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown in skillet 10 strips bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Add water and sugar to browned bacon.
    Now add cabbage, cut up into pieces.
    Do not use core.
    Cook slowly.
    Cook noodles as directed. Drain; put into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add bacon and cabbage mixture; stir.
    Add sour cream.
    Stir.
    Add salt and pepper to taste, cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    M-M-M-M good!
