Five Pounds Of Wonderful Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tall can (14 1/2 oz.) evaporated milk
    2 lb. sugar (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 pkg. (6 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 pkg. (4 oz. each) sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine butter, canned milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
    Cook to a boil; cover and boil 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
    Add 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted.
    Add vanilla extract and nuts; blend.
    Pour into buttered pan (jelly roll), 10 x 15-inch, and let stand until firm before cutting in 1-inch squares.
    Whole pecan halves can be pressed into tops of squares if you wish!
