Microwave Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 1/2 lb.) peeled and cubed potatoes
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and water in a 2-quart glass casserole dish; cover.
    Microwave on High for 8 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes.
    Drain; stir in remaining ingredients. Mix lightly.
    Chill.
