Chocolate Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. light corn syrup
1 1/3 c. pecans
3 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine butter, eggs, brown sugar, salt and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Stir in melted chocolate.
Then stir in corn syrup until blended, making as little foam as possible.
Fold in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 until filling is set.
Cool slightly.
Great with vanilla ice cream.
