Meat Loaf With Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots, cut lengthwise twice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. ketchup
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Boil carrots until tender.
Cool.
Mix beef, onion, oats, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Spread 1/2 mixture in pan.
Put carrots on mixture and cover with rest of meat mixture.
Put bacon on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn bacon and bake 30 more minutes.
