Creamy Pepper Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced green onions
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Serve with salad greens.
Yield:
1 cup (11 calories and 8% fat per tablespoon).
