Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 8 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom of greased baking dish.
    Pour mushroom soup, celery soup and milk in saucepan.
    Heat on medium heat until soup mixture is heated through.
    Do not boil.
    Pour over rice. Stir.
    Lay pieces of chicken over rice mixture, skin side up. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken pieces.
    Cover baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
