Date Nut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. pecans
    1 lb. chopped dates
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Fold in flour and baking\tpowder;
    add
    extract.\tFold
    in
    pecans and dates. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 2 1/2 hours.
