Jiffy Raisin Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. golden raisins
hot water
2 c. prepared biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Rinse raisins in hot water; drain. Combine with biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Beat egg. Add milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack.
