Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 cans garbanzo beans
    1/2 c. tahini
    3 garlic cloves
    salt to taste
    olive oil to taste (to pour on top)
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender and refrigerate.
    Serve with pita bread.
