Cubed Steak Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces cubed steak
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Place steak in large glass dish. Layer onions, carrots and potatoes on top. Heat soup with margarine and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
